MORE ABOUT #TheMotoSocialBUDAPEST
With our vision set on building community and building camaraderie, we've joined forces with our friends behind The Cafe Club Budapest and Kiss Off Society to bring TheMotoSocial to Budapest, Hungary. We could not be more stoked! Founders Gergely (Geri) Török, Vivien Mátravölgyi & friend Ádám Csordás will be our local community hosts and will continue hosting #TheMotoSocialBUDAPEST on a monthly basis throughout the season. We'll be kicking off the season with our first event on Wednesday May 30, 2018, so spread the word & come hang with us! EVERYONE IS WELCOME! Bike or no bike. GOOD VIBES ONLY!
We're MORE ABOUT THE PEOPLE.
MOTORCYCLES ARE THE COMMON THREAD.
Our vision for #TheMotoSocialBUDAPEST is the same as all the other cities. "To build community and to build camaraderie." Since the beginning, we've worked hard to create an event that was more about the people than the bikes themselves and an event that helped people connect with one another. We wanted to create an event that made our big cities feel a bit smaller and got people excited about seeing one another. Having hosted TheMotoSocial in Toronto now since 2013, we're starting to see new friendships forming, as well as a real positive shift in the culture of our Toronto community. There's a real sense of unity being felt across the city and we want to create that environment in every major city around the world. That's really what we're all about and what we're hoping to cultivate in Budapest.

COMMUNITY HOSTS of #themotosociALBUDAPEST
I’m the founder of The Cafe Club Budapest - a motorcycle club for coffee lovers. My passion for motorcycles comes from my dad who has also been riding for a long time. When I got my first bike I didn’t have anyone to ride with, so I started The Cafe Club Budapest to meet others and to build the local motorcycle community. I used social media to connect with people who were in a similar situation as me and it’s actually how I “met” Viktor and TheMotoSocial on Instagram. When I’m not riding or talking to baristas about filtered coffee recipes, you can find me running around on movie sets. With #TheMotoSocialBUDAPEST I hope to continue helping locals meet one another and help them form some great new friendships.
I'm a girl who likes to step out of her comfort zone and discover herself in new adventures. With the push and support from my boyfriend, I got into motorcycling just recently, but to be honest I've always loved motorbikes since I was a child. I'm the co-founder of Kiss Off Society, a community that gathers and empowers likeminded girls who connect through their love of adventure such as riding motorcycles, surfing, skateboarding and other fun stuff, and I’m also the bar manager at a famous restaurant in Budapest. I really hope that The Moto Social in Budapest will help other girls and guys connect and discover their adventurous inner selves in a friendly community.
Full-time barista, part-time photographer, gastro lover and I'm the odd one out, because I'm a bicycle rider. I’ve lived in Budapest since 2010 and I instantly fell in love with the city. I love the vibe of the city and how people connect with each other through coffee, their love for food and motorcycles. There is a huge community of like minded people like this and I want to be a part of making this community better and making Budapest an even more likeable city. I love meeting new people and talking to them. Everyone has a story.
