MORE ABOUT #TheMotoSocialSANFRANCISCO
With our vision set on building community and building camaraderie, we've joined forces with our friends, Erik Jutras and Sarah Wohl to bring TheMotoSocial to San Francisco. We could not be more stoked! Erik and Sarah will be our local community hosts in SF and will continue hosting #TheMotoSocialSANFRANCISCO on a monthly basis throughout the season. We'll be kicking off the season with our first event on Tuesday May 15, 2018, so spread the word & come hang with us! EVERYONE IS WELCOME! Bike or no bike. GOOD VIBES ONLY!
We're MORE ABOUT THE PEOPLE.
MOTORCYCLES ARE THE COMMON THREAD.
Our vision for #TheMotoSocialSANFRANCISCO is the same as all the other cities. "To build community and to build camaraderie." Since the beginning, we've worked hard to create an event that was more about the people than the bikes themselves and an event that helped people connect with one another. We wanted to create an event that made our big cities feel a bit smaller and got people excited about seeing one another. Having hosted TheMotoSocial in Toronto now since 2013, we're starting to see new friendships forming, as well as a real positive shift in the culture of our Toronto community. There's a real sense of unity being felt across the city and we want to create that environment in every major city around the world. That's really what we're all about and what we're hoping to cultivate in San Francisco.

COMMUNITY HOSTS of #themotosociALSANFRANCISCO
Motorcycles have been the most rewarding life modifier. I swung a leg over my first bike 13 years ago – an old, rusted Honda 450, and it's led me down some of the most beautiful roads. It’s helped grow my passion for photography and design. It's connected me with incredible humans that I now have the honor to call my friends. And, it's brought me great pleasure to share this all with my fiancée Sarah. These machines have truly brought positivity into my life and I find the love of bikes is soulful and creates a common bridge making it easier to connect with one another, no matter how young or old. It may be hard to get me off the topic of bikes, but I’m also a visual designer, illustrator, and photographer. Under the moniker @mrpixelhead, you can find me shooting content for brands like Ducati, BMW, Moto Guzzi, etc. Also, I can’t not pet every dog I see.
I’m an art appreciator, design nerd and weekend adventurer. I work as a freelance digital product designer, partnering with small startups and design agencies as the hand & eye behind mobile apps and web experiences. When not at my desk pushing pixels, you can find me dining at San Francisco’s tastiest restaurants, teaching design classes, and of course, exploring California by motorcycle. Erik and I are constantly planning weekend rides with friends or packing our bikes for moto-camping. I’m looking forward to help build a community of diverse folks who all share a passion for the road, in addition to encouraging and inspiring more women to experience the love of two-wheeled travel.
